Every sign is handmade using LED flex (LED neon) mounted on a laser-cut acrylic backing. The materials are PVC and acrylic — there's no fragile glass, no neon gas and no mercury. Each sign comes ready to hang or wall-mount.

Direct plug-in. Each sign includes a UL-listed power adapter with a US plug and an on/off dimmer switch.

A remote is optional. Standard signs include a dimmer. If you'd like color-changing effects, add the RGB controller and you'll get a remote to switch colors and modes.

Small dots, marks or faint glue traces are a normal part of the handmade LED-flex process and give each sign its character. They aren't defects and are not visible when the sign is lit.

Our standard signs are designed for indoor use only and are not waterproof. If you need an outdoor sign, choose an outdoor-rated option or contact us for a custom waterproof build.

LED neon is brighter, cooler to the touch, shatterproof, energy-efficient and lasts 50,000+ hours — with no fragile glass, gas or mercury. Traditional glass neon is fragile, hot, and uses gas.

Yes. LED Neon Flex uses far less energy, contains no gas or mercury, lasts much longer and is far more durable than glass neon.

Each sign is handmade to order and quality-checked before it ships. Production plus fully-tracked delivery takes about 3–4 weeks.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a few photos and we'll arrange a free replacement of the affected part or sign.

Reach out to us and we'll work with the carrier to locate the parcel or arrange a resolution. Insured shipments are covered.

Non-custom signs can be returned within 30 days in original condition. Custom/personalized signs are non-refundable unless faulty. See our policy for details.
