Yes, provided it isn't sitting directly in the steam path. Keep a clear gap above a machine or kettle so rising steam disperses before it reaches the sign — it's rated for indoor, dry use, and repeated condensation will shorten its life. Above a counter at normal wall height it's fine.

Switch it off, let it cool, and wipe with a soft damp cloth. Avoid solvents, abrasive cleaners, and spraying anything directly onto the sign — spray the cloth instead. Kitchen grease comes off easily if you do it every few weeks rather than leaving it to build up.
