💡 Sizing rule: for a table, span about half to two-thirds of its width — a standard 6 ft dessert table takes 28 x 21 in. For a photo backdrop with people standing in front of it, 28 x 21 in is the minimum that still reads clearly. In a bedroom afterwards, 24 x 18 in sits well above a bed or desk.

🎓 When should I order for a graduation?+

Four weeks before the date. Production plus delivery is 12–16 days, but May and June are peak graduation season and carrier delays are more likely then. Ordering early also means you can check it and plan where it hangs rather than unboxing it the morning of the party.

🎈 How do I hang it at a venue where I can't drill?+

Use the optional hanging chain to suspend it from a backdrop stand, balloon arch frame, or curtain rail. It's light enough for a standard backdrop frame. Plan the power though — you'll need an outlet within reach of the cord, or an extension run discreetly along the floor.

📸 Will it read clearly in group photos?+

It's flicker-free so it films and photographs cleanly, including slow motion. For a backdrop with several people standing in front of it, 28 x 21 in is the minimum — anything smaller gets partly hidden by whoever's in the shot. It's also at its strongest indoors or after dark; in bright daylight, go one size larger.

🌧️ Can I use it for an outdoor party?+

Only under a dry covered structure such as a marquee or covered patio. It's rated for indoor, dry use and isn't weatherproof, so it can't be exposed to rain, sprinklers, or damp evening air.

🏫 Can a school order several?+

Yes. Get in touch before ordering if you need multiple signs, matched colourways, or a custom sign carrying the school name or class year — we'll work out sizing and lead times with you. A reusable sign works out cheaper than printed banners after two ceremonies.

🌙 Is it dimmable?+

Yes, with the optional dimmer add-on. Worth adding if it's moving to a bedroom afterwards — full brightness suits a party, low brightness suits a room someone sleeps in.

It's LED neon — flexible LED tubing engineered to replicate the glow of glass, without the fragility, heat, or power draw. For something that travels to a venue and then hangs on a wall for years, that durability is the point.
