Every sign is handmade to order, and production plus delivery takes 12–16 days. To leave a safety margin, order by October 13. Orders placed after that date may not arrive by October 31.

🏠 Can I hang it in my window?+

Yes — hung inside the glass, facing out. Use the optional hanging chain to suspend it from a rail or hook so you don't drill or tape the frame, and leave a small air gap so condensation on cold nights doesn't sit against it. It's single-sided, so it reads correctly from the street and reversed from inside.

🌧️ Can I put it outside on the porch or in the yard?+

No. It's rated for indoor, dry use only. Porches, steps and yards are exposed to damp and temperature swings, which will shorten its life. Hang it inside a window instead.

🕯️ Is it safe next to other Halloween decorations?+

It runs on low voltage and stays cool, so it adds far less heat than older lighting. As with any mains-powered item, keep it clear of loose cobweb stuffing, paper, and open flames — including real candles and flame-lit jack-o'-lanterns — and keep the cord tucked away from trick-or-treaters and pets.

📦 How do I store it for next year?+

Keep the original box — it ships flat and that's the best way to store it. Wipe it with a soft dry cloth, coil the cord loosely rather than tightly around the sign, and store it flat somewhere dry rather than under heavy boxes. Leave the wall plugs in place and rehanging takes two minutes.

🔨 How do I hang it?+

Pre-drilled holes and all hardware are included. Mark the holes, drill two, fit the spacers, hang it, and plug it in. For a window or a rental, the optional hanging chain lets you suspend it with no drilling at all.
